Well it is far too early to get really stuck into him but my main concern is that supposedly he has seen a lot of our play from last season and seems to have purchased players that compound the existing problems (no pace, no defensive midfield) rather than cure them.

People think that it's like Championship Manager. You make a bunch of expensive signings and you're guaranteed success.
In reality, the more changes you make, the longer it'll take for the team to gel.
I won't be judging him for months, but I'm sure I'll be in the minority on that.

Any blame should be laid at the feet of the SPIVS. Pellegrini has come in and needed to rebuild from starch. Even if we struggle this season. The blame and responsibility of the club should be shouldered by G&S.

From the minute he thought it was ok to Play Noble and Wilshire in central midfield together.
FMOB what a terrible decision.
If he starts them both at Chelsea that will be
hard to take.
He's banging on about trust amongst the players, I'm not sure I trust HIM one iota.
Dreadfully dissapointing so far on every front.

Is he just here to pick up his pension? Is Anderson just here to pick up his pension as well?
Early days I know but so much improvement is needed.
